IBART, INC., ANNOUNCES BARTER CHARITY FUND

CHICAGO BULLS ALL-STAR BOB LOVE TEAMS UP WITH GLOBAL NETWORK

CHICAGO, Ill. —May, 29, 2001—Ibart, Inc., announces the launch of The Barter Charity Fund -- an innovative program that allows companies to save cash for mission critical expenses while donating excess inventory and services to charity.

"Ibart recognizes that during economic slowdowns, it becomes much more difficult to support charitable causes. The Barter Charity Fund allows companies to make fully deductible donations without affecting cash flow or budgets" says Cary Berman, who heads up the effort.

Leveraging the power of the Internet, companies and individuals alike now have the ability to play an active role in philanthropic endeavors with an electronic currency called Barter Dollars. Ibart founder and CEO Christopher Sweis says IRS-recognized Barter Dollars allow companies worldwide to give back to their hometowns, schools, charity events, clinics, nonprofit groups and youth programs.

"All of us here at Ibart are proud of the leadership role that our merchants, partners and staff have taken to help make the world a better place," Sweis said. "Through Barter Dollars and transactions powered via our barter-banking platform, companies can offer excess support, services and goods to charities they believe in every day without worrying about burning their vital cash supply."

Sweis said he is also honored that former Chicago Bulls' player Bob Love, who is currently the Bulls' Director of Community Relations, has joined Ibart in its charity effort as the fund's official spokesperson. A popular motivational speaker, Love delivers his inspirational message about overcoming a speech handicap on behalf of the barter charity fund. Love makes nearly 400 appearances every year at schools, charity events, clinics, nonprofit groups and youth programs.

"Bob has already had a positive impact on the Barter Charity program by speaking at the 4th Presbyterian Church tutoring program and donating a ‘Dinner with Bob Love' to the JCYS organization," Berman said. "Bob will continue to help open doors and foster solid relationships though his contacts and private charitable endeavors."

As the greatest player to ever wear a Chicago Bulls uniform before Michael Jordan, Love scored 12,263 points in his marvelous career. A three-time NBA All-Star who averaged 23.0 points per game over eight seasons, Love's jersey was retired by the Chicago Bulls Jan. 14, 1994. Love's presentations focus on the importance of dreams. He uses vivid examples from his own life to teach audiences how they can overcome adversity and be motivated for success.
